ORDERS

Once an order is placed, with all relevant details provided, we shall deem that as final with no further amendments possible due to any error or omission. 

We will however, always endeavour to help as best we can to resolve any issue in good faith. 

If you change your mind or have selected an incorrect artwork, we may be able to assist you prior to any production commencement, however all such amendments will incur a $50 processing fee.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

All details provided by you will be held securely and strictly in confidence and in accordance with privacy laws in Australia. By Law, all purchases online are secure and guaranteed using the latest protection software and protocols that are applied to all payment gateways listed on this website.

Any credit applied to your account may be applied to any future purchase but cannot be redeemed in any other way.

 

SALES AND PROMOTIONS

All sales and promotions (including promotion codes) are deemed final once an order is placed. 

We cannot vary nor apply any discounts, refunds or credit subsequent to placement of an order. 

Please observe carefully the sale promotion periods and promotion codes advertised on both this website and related social media channels.

You may not apply more than one promotional code at any time during or after a completed order.

All promotions are available to Australian residents only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only. 

 

DELIVERY

All orders placed on love-art.com.au will be shipped free Australia wide on an ‘authority to leave’ basis only, meaning our carrier expects that you or somebody else at your address will be present to receive goods on your delivery day, and in case nobody is present, our carrier is ‘authorised’ to leave the item in a safe place nearest your door or receiving point.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order.

If you require a delivery address update, we will endeavour to do this for you, if the order has not yet shipped.

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped, and at this stage, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure they or their agent receive the order at the nominated address.

 We will not be liable if you the omit any important information from the delivery address, resulting in the order being returned to us. 

If the order is returned to us due to customer error or omission, a re-delivery fee of $30 per item will be charged to reship your order.

We use third party carriers and cannot guarantee days and times of delivery until an order is ready to ship and booked via the carrier portal. 

At this point we are then advised approximate delivery schedules based your specific location. 

In some cases, and especially remote and/or regional areas, the delivery times can vary greatly from an additional  5 – 10 working days. 

Our 7 day delivery policy is the estimate of completion date of the product itself which is deemed ‘ready to ship’ at that point and NOT when the goods are expected to arrive. 

Our carriers will make contact with you in advance and usually on the day of delivery to confirm the time slot which is typically an am or pm delivery.

COLOUR REPRESENTATION AND VARIATION

Every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, matching as closely as we can to the image displayed, as viewed on a colour calibrated device. In accepting our Terms and Conditions you accept that discrepancies can occur when viewing images on un-calibrated device. The colour representation can differ from one device to another. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a customer satisfaction policy for our customers if they are not happy with the product due to any issues with the quality such as damage in transit or ink blemishes. For further information about returns and refunds, please read the relevant area under the Info menu.

WARRANTY

Love-Art warrants its products for one year from date of sale against manufacturing faults which are determined at Love-Art’s discretion. Where natural materials are used in the manufacturing process or are handmade, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. These variations are not considered defects under this warranty. Defects or damage resulting from negligence or misuse including inadequate or improper maintenance, exposure to water, direct sunlight, salt air or chemicals may also void this warranty.
