Free 7 day returns.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, simply email us within 7 days after receiving your artwork for a full refund or an exchange for a new item. Our team will arrange for pick up at our cost. Refunds or exchanges for a new replacement can only occur after we have received your return in the same condition as when it was received with all packaging.

Our team will then arrange for pick up at our cost.

Note: This policy does not apply for any change of mind reasons.

Damages in production or transit.

For any damages or defects, please email details and images of proof of damage or defect within 7 days of receipt of your artwork.
